Job summary

SmithRx is seeking an Account Executive to be a strategic partner for employers, health plans, or TPAs, managing a book of business and driving client retention.

You will analyze claims data, present cost-saving recommendations to executives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver executive-ready updates and renewals. Travel up to 25% and requires 3–5 years AE PBM experience.

Qualifications

• Requires 3-5 years of Account Executive experience in PBM or health insurance.
• Requires 5+ years of direct account management or relationships management in healthcare.
• Ability to interpret data and present to C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships for large complex accounts.
• Own and facilitate end to end renewal process.
• Accountable for client satisfaction and executive updates.
• Lead internal teams and act as internal client advocate.
• Provide quarterly/annual business reviews and cost-containment recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Travel up to 25%.
