SmithRx is hiring a Financial Analyst in Account Management to translate pharmacy benefit data into actionable financial insights for client teams. You’ll be the go-to data SME, linking Account Management with Data Analysis and Reporting while shaping cost-saving strategies.
With 5+ years in healthcare/PBM data analysis and strong skills in Looker/Tableau/PowerBI and Excel, you’ll present executive-ready insights and help optimize client plans.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, financial underwriting, or actuarial support in healthcare/PBM.
- Strong data visualization skills using Looker/Tableau/PowerBI and advanced Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex pharmacy benefit data into actionable financial insights for clients.
- Act as SME and bridge between client-facing teams and Data Analysis/Reporting.
- Identify cost drivers and opportunities to optimize plan design and reduce spend.
- Validate client reports for contractual alignment and accuracy.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve automated reporting and data tools.
