ADP Major Accounts is seeking a Professional Services/Advisory—Payroll & Time Consultant in MAS to lead advisory engagements and expand client utilization of ADP HCM solutions. You will build trusted relationships with clients, deliver strategic recommendations, and demonstrate ADP capabilities through tailored product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of related Workforce Now Current Gen experience.
• Proven ability to apply consulting skills to complex business challenges, communicate effectively with executive audiences, and deliver compelling presentations to senior leaders.
• Ability to analyze systems and recommend optimization or improvement.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 20%, with occasionally higher travel volume required.

Responsibilities

• Consult. You will increase client retention by identifying and delivering HCM solution optimization recommendations customized to fit specific business needs.
• Configure. You will perform needs analyses with client practitioners and key stakeholders in payroll, time & labor management, HR, IT and related financial systems to determine necessary optimization or customizations.
• Train. You will conduct highly customized product demonstrations addressing clients' requirements and ADP capabilities.
• Create project plans and manage all project phases including deliverables, activities, timelines, and tracking hours.
• Represent ADP at product seminars, year-end seminars, and client user group meetings as needed.
• Develop processes, methods and tools that serve as industry benchmarks and expert guidance.
