ADP Major Accounts is hiring a Professional Services/Advisory services Payroll & Time Consultant in MAS. You will lead billable client advisory engagements, build trusted relationships, and demonstrate ADP HCM solutions.

Responsibilities include consulting for payroll/time optimization, conducting needs analyses with stakeholders, and delivering customized product demonstrations to meet client requirements. Travel expectations involve up to 20% of time.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of related Workforce Now Current Gen experience (Account Management, Project Management, Human Resources, Payroll, Business Consultant, application support, system implementation).

Aufgaben

• Consult. You will increase client retention by identifying and delivering HCM solution optimization recommendations customized to fit specific business needs of the client.
• Configure. You will perform needs analyses with client practitioners and key stakeholders in payroll, time and labor management, HR, IT and related financial systems to determine optimization or customizations.
• Train. You will conduct highly customized product demonstrations addressing clients' requirements.
