Job summary

ADP Major Accounts is seeking a Professional Services/Advisory Services Payroll & Time Consultant in MAS to lead billable client advisory engagements and demonstrate ADP HCM solutions.

You will build trusted relationships, analyze client needs, and deliver strategic recommendations across payroll, time and labor, HR, and financial systems. Travel to client sites is expected, with a focus on maximizing advisory services revenue through value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of related Workforce Now Current Gen experience in account management, project management, HR, payroll or business consulting.
• Proven ability to apply consulting skills to business challenges and present to senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% with higher travel in some roles.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify and deliver HCM optimization recommendations.
• Configure needs analyses across payroll, time & labor, HR, IT and financial systems.
• Conduct highly customized product demonstrations addressing client requirements.
