Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to lead payroll operations and ensure compliant, timely payroll across the organization. This role partners with HR, Finance, Benefits, and business leaders to drive process improvements and payroll governance.

You will manage a payroll team, analyze data, and advise leaders on payroll impacts of workforce decisions, supporting growth and complex initiatives. Strong knowledge of wage laws and payroll systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-7 years of payroll experience with leadership exposure.
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
