Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll & Compliance Manager to own the end-to-end payroll cycle for all employees in our Worthington, OH office, ensure timely, accurate pay, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will lead a small team, manage payroll software (ADP Workforce Now), and coordinate with HR and finance to support goals while upholding data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience for mid to large organizations.
• Multi-state payroll compliance knowledge and experience.
• Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full payroll processing lifecycle and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, Wage and Hour and related laws.
• Manage payroll software and align with HR and finance teams.
• Lead a small payroll team with strong confidentiality.
