Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• CPP designation strongly preferred.
• 7+ years payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Workday and ADP Workforce Now.
• Leadership experience in a shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state and multi-entity environment.
• Manage payroll calendar, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee executive compensation and incentive programs.
• Partner with HR, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, IT, and Internal Audit.
• Develop, coach, and supervise payroll team, establish SLAs.
