A senior living community in Virginia is seeking a Payroll/Benefits Administrator to handle payroll processing for over 250 employees, manage employee benefits programs, and support Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of employment laws. Formación

• 3+ years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of employment laws (FLSA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA).
