Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director of Payor Contracting, Practice Integration & Transition Support to lead all payor-facing contracting for new practices. You will own negotiations during the first 90–180 days after close and coordinate transition activities across revenue cycle, finance, and IT.

This is a hybrid strategic-operational role with cross-functional accountability. You will build a scalable contracting playbook, manage a library of agreements, and drive on-time network readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years in payor contracting or related areas.
• Strong contract negotiation and fee schedule analysis skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead payor contracting strategy and negotiation for new practices at scale.
• Manage contracting data—profiles, timelines, and diligence milestones.
• Own the payor workstream of the integration playbook pre- and post-close.
• Foster relationships with payors and internal stakeholders during transitions.
• Provide training and guidance to RCA teams and practice owners.
