Cencora is seeking a Senior Director of Payor Contracting, Practice Integration & Transition Support to lead payor contracting for newly acquired practices. You will shape contracting strategy, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure seamless in-network status during integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of payor contracting, managed care, or provider network management experience.
• Direct experience negotiating Medicare Advantage, Medicaid MCO, and commercial contracts.
• Experience supporting multi-site healthcare practice acquisitions is preferred.
• Strong contract negotiation and fee schedule analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead payor contracting strategy for new practices and ensure in-network status from day one.
• Negotiate payor agreements (commercial, MA, Medicaid) for acquired practices.
• Analyze fee schedules and identify rate gaps and renegotiation opportunities.
• Maintain a payor contract library and tracking system for key terms and dates.
• Own the payor workstream of the integration playbook and coordinate with RCM, Finance, and IT.
