Job summary

World Courier seeks a Senior Director of Payor Contracting, Practice Integration & Transition Support to lead payor-facing contracting for newly acquired or affiliated practices. This hybrid role combines negotiation, project management, and relationship leadership to ensure day-one network readiness and uninterrupted access as practices join the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with advanced understanding of payor contracting and managed care.
• 5+ years of experience in payor contracting or provider network management.
• Experience negotiating commercial, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid MCO contracts.

Responsibilities

• Determine enterprise contracting strategy for each new practice (tuck-in, pillar, de novo) based on markets and network agreements.
• Lead negotiation of payor agreements for newly acquired practices to secure favorable terms.
• Analyze fee schedules to identify rate gaps and renegotiation opportunities before/after close.
• Maintain a contracting library and tracking system for effective dates and renewal terms.
• Own the payor workstream of integration, ensuring day-one network readiness and post-close rate reconciliation.
