Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 5+ years of contracting, negotiations and health plan portfolio management experience in specialty medicine, private equity, or health care contracting.
• Deep understanding of payer-provider dynamics and analytics-driven incentives.
• Experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment; private equity/start-up experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess macro trends and market nuance to tailor opportunities by market and payor.
• Review health plan agreements and fee schedules to support integration strategies.
• Represent Retina Consultants of America in negotiations with managed care and intermediaries.
• Maintain contract management platform with all agreements and fee schedules.
• Collaborate with FP&A to validate financial impact of contracts and budgeting.
• Work with cross-functional and national stakeholders on market trends and pricing opportunities.
• Prepare reporting and analytics to justify recommendations internally and externally.
