Job summary

You will consult with clients via data analysis, present performance results, and advise on actions to improve outcomes. The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or Finance (or equivalent) with 8–10 years of payments client management experience; CenPOS knowledge and strong negotiation, communication, and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business or finance.
• 8–10 years of client management experience in the payments industry.
• Strong negotiation and account management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Strategic management of a book of accounts, including maintenance and growth.
• Analyze data, present performance results, and recommend actions to improve results.
• Escalation point for internal and external client issues and contract renewals.
• Coordinate multi-channel client relationships to drive profitability.
