Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Manager, Partnership Sales to source, negotiate and close sponsorships for the TB Rays stadium project in Tampa. You will connect with brand decision-makers, manage a strategic pipeline, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced live-entertainment environment.

This on-site role requires strong relationships, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to craft creative partnerships across regional, national, and international brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of corporate or premium sponsorship sales experience.
• Experience selling to national/global sponsors.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate and close partnerships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own annual revenue goals and pipeline growth for partnerships.
• Identify, source and close new sponsorship opportunities.
• Develop and manage partner engagement from prospecting to close.
• Create innovative partnerships and campaigns across categories.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver co-branded programs.
