Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Tampa Bay Rays Ballpark project. You will oversee daily admin operations, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and staff programs in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Ideal candidates will be highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, sports management or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for project leadership.
• Oversee daily office operations and vendor coordination.
• Process and track invoices, expenses, and budgets.
• Lead internship program including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and project support.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding including IT setup and workspace prep.
• Support internal staff events, celebrations, and communications.
• Assist with logistics for client events, meetings, and activations.
• Manage scheduling and payroll for hourly employees and interns.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance on vendor contracts and agreements.
