Job summary

Legends Global in Tampa, FL is seeking a Manager, Ticket Sales to lead a high-performing sales team focused on in-stadium revenue generation for the Rays project. You will partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, train reps, and set KPIs using CRM.

The role requires presenting professionally to clients, recruiting, and managing non-traditional hours, weekends, and game days. Experience in sports sales and prior leadership is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-4+ years in sales; sports/entertainment preferred.
• Previous sales management experience in a professional or collegiate setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales team in creating presentations, training, and rep development.
• Recruitment and interviewing support for the sales teams.
• Set KPIs and report them using CRM to leadership and partners.
• Collaborate on department sales goals and best practices.
