Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations in Florida to lead strategic client, vendor, and partner relationships while driving operational excellence. The role focuses on growth, risk management, scalable execution, and alignment across cross-functional teams.

You will influence senior stakeholders, negotiate complex agreements, and oversee governance, performance management, and service delivery to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience leading business operations, partnerships, vendor management, or enterprise initiatives.
• Proven success managing executive-level client and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong contract negotiation, commercial management, and SLA experience.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and resolve challenging situations.
• Expertise in governance, performance management, and process optimization.
• Data-driven decision making using KPIs and business metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across operations and partnerships.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
