Job summary
FIS is seeking a Sr Lead FP&A Analyst in Jacksonville, FL to guide financial planning, forecasting, and monthly close for the Chief Client Office. You will translate results into insights and support investment decisions.
The role partners with finance leaders to build plans, automate processes and improve the operating model, spanning potential business finance within the Client Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
- Five or more years of progressive FP&A experience including budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong modeling, forecasting, variance analysis and scenario planning skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting and close reporting.
- Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for stakeholders.
- Partner with leaders to develop budgets, forecasts and targets with strategic insights.
- Guide automation, cost-saving and investment initiatives.
- Improve processes and reporting to enable scalable financial planning.
