FIS is seeking a Sr. Manager of Strategy & Planning to shape business strategy, assess growth opportunities, and drive operational excellence.

You will partner with senior leaders to develop strategic plans, analyze market trends, and support high-impact initiatives aimed at long-term success. The role requires leading multi-functional teams, conducting financial modeling, and presenting insights to executives.

Formación

• Significant experience in strategy, business planning, corporate development, management consulting, finance, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute tactical and operational business plans that align with organizational objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and support business model innovation initiatives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to evaluate industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Lead financial modeling and business analysis efforts related to potential partnerships, acquisitions, mergers, and other strategic initiatives.
• Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support corporate governance, business planning, and performance measurement processes.
• Partner with leaders across multiple business functions to drive alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance.
• Present strategic recommendations and business insights to leadership teams.
• Drive large-scale projects and programs that have meaningful impact on business outcomes.
