FIS is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Planning in Florida to shape business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and drive operational excellence across the organization.

The role partners with senior leaders to develop strategic plans, evaluate market trends, and support high-impact initiatives. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive large-scale projects that impact business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy, business planning, corporate development, management consulting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute tactical and operational business plans that align with organizational objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and support business model innovation initiatives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to evaluate industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
