Job summary

FIS is seeking a Sr Lead FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting and monthly close across the Chief Client Office. You will partner with finance leaders to develop plans, translate results into clear business insights and influence investment decisions.

The role focuses on automation and improving the operating model while supporting senior leadership with strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate has a strong FP&A background, advanced Excel skills, and experience applying

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
Five or more years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting or a related finance role.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis and scenario-planning skills.
Ability to translate complex financial information into clear recommendations and communicate with senior leaders.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of AI tools to streamline processes.
Experience partnering with non-finance teams and improving planning routines.

Responsibilities

Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting and close reporting across the Client Office.
Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for plan, forecast and actual results.
Collaborate with Client Office leaders to develop budgets and secure approvals.
Evaluate automation, cost-saving and investment initiatives.
Improve financial processes and decision support to build a scalable model.
