Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations in Florida to lead strategic client, vendor, and partner relationships while driving operational excellence across the Digital One business. You will influence senior stakeholders, negotiate complex agreements, and align cross-functional teams to drive growth and performance.

You will collaborate with product, technology, finance, legal, and risk teams to optimize operations, governance, and risk management, while coaching and developing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience leading business operations, strategic partnerships, vendor management, or enterprise initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing executive-level client and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong contract negotiation, commercial management, and service-level agreement experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and resolve challenging situations.
• Expertise in operational excellence, process optimization, governance, and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, KPIs, and business metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across internal operations and external partnerships.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive growth and value.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and internal leaders.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms for favorable outcomes.
• Resolve complex issues and lead escalations with stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor governance, performance management, and service delivery.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve scalability and risk management.
• Establish metrics, reporting, and governance to measure success.
• Collaborate with product, tech, finance, legal, procurement, risk, and client teams.
• Drive process improvements through data-driven decision making.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams through growth and change.
• Present strategic recommendations and performance results to executives.
