We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Officer to lead our relationship-building efforts with financial institutions and women in finance with a focus on New York City (NYC). This is a remote position, but the candidate must be able to attend regular in-person meetings and events in NYC.

At its core, this is a fundraising role focused on building a strong community of mission-aligned champions and partner organizations who can help fuel FinAbility's next stage of growth. You'll spend your time cultivating relationships, securing sponsorships, and hosting high-impact events—like lunch & learns, domestic violence simulations, and intimate roundtables to raise awareness and deepen engagement.

We're looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, self-directed, and energized by building something from the ground up. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who can confidently navigate the financial sector and is passionate about advancing economic justice for survivors of domestic abuse.
