Job summary

Girls Who Invest, based in New York, seeks a Manager, Partnership Engagement to drive engagement with 130+ partner firms, coordinate internship and alumni programming, and oversee partner communications.

The role collaborates across Career Advancement, Communications, and Programs to ensure high-touch engagement with partners, scholars, and alumni, while mentoring the Partnerships Associate.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in account management, client management, or events management.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing and executing partner-facing events, including planning and logistics.
• Strong interpersonal awareness and diplomacy across teams and stakeholders.
• Dynamic and persuasive communication, including corporate presentations.
• Experience using CRMs, data and analytics to identify trends and support reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies to cultivate and strengthen partner relationships.
• Direct engagement of program partners across internship to alumni programming.
• Lead and manage partner-related event planning and execution.
• Onboard new partners through leads tracking and lifecycle management.
• Support renewal processes with coordination of feedback, calls, and invoicing.
