Job summary

Women Deliver seeks an ambitious Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our portfolio of funding partners. You will manage day-to-day partner relationships and coordinate grant reporting and renewals to sustain a solid funding base.

The role requires 6–8 years in nonprofit fundraising or related fields, strong relationship skills, and experience with CRM tools; travel internationally may be involved, remote-friendly with core hours in UTC 2-5pm.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive work experience in nonprofit fundraising, strategic partnerships, business development, or philanthropy.
• Experience securing and managing institutional, corporate, and/or major donor partnerships.
• Familiarity with donor reporting and CRM/grant management systems; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of institutional, philanthropic, and corporate funding partners as the primary day-to-day relationship manager.
• Develop and implement partner account plans that support stewardship, engagement, and long-term growth.
• Coordinate regular partner meetings, learning sessions, and strategic check-ins.
• Lead grant reporting, project plans, and timely submission of reports.
• Maintain donor pipeline and coordinate with finance on revenue and receivables.
• Support grant renewals, amendments and extensions through internal planning and proposals.
• Improve reporting workflows and stewardship practices to enhance efficiency.
