Jobgether (partner company) seeks a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to expand philanthropic support and enhance financial inclusion globally. You will cultivate donor relationships, develop strategic giving partnerships, and translate impact data into compelling proposals and reports.

The role collaborates with fundraising, finance, marketing, and technology teams to optimize donor experiences and drive sustainable funding.

Qualifications

• At least five years of nonprofit fundraising or strategic partnerships experience.
• Donor development and major-gift cultivation capability.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds and philanthropic giving.
• Excellent writing and editing for proposals and reports.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Effective relationship-building and professional communication.
• Strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.
• Commitment to financial inclusion and social impact.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.
• Residence in one of the approved states.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relationships and engagement strategies for mid-level and major gifts.
• Develop strategic giving partnerships with donor-advised funds and advisors.
• Enhance donor experience through cross-functional collaboration on digital journeys.
• Represent the organization externally at meetings and conferences.
• Plan donor engagement events to deepen relationships and generate prospects.
• Coordinate with finance and partnerships to track gifts and stewardship.
• Support impact-driven fundraising materials and donor communications.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor engagement and pipelines.
• Lead donor communications and marketing initiatives with consistent messaging.
• Evaluate outreach results and optimize campaigns and calls to action.
