Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to expand philanthropic support and advance financial inclusion for underserved communities. You will craft persuasive proposals, reports, and donor communications using data and impact stories to inspire ongoing support.

This remote role offers opportunities to connect donor interests with measurable social impact, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage a dynamic pipeline of partnerships and events worldwide.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in nonprofit fundraising or partnerships, with donor cultivation.
• Ability to craft donor engagement strategies and persuade commitments.
• Excellent writing/editing translating programs and data into proposals and reports.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency with donor data, CRM usage, and reporting.
• Commitment to financial inclusion and equity.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic giving partnerships and new funding opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to improve website journeys and digital giving opportunities.
• Organize donor events, virtual and in-person.
• Ensure accurate gift documentation and tracking.
• Gather impact data and translate into proposals, reports, newsletters.
• Maintain CRM records and track prospect pipelines.
• Analyze campaigns and events to improve outreach and calls to action.
