Qualifications

• Five years of nonprofit fundraising, partnerships, or donor relations experience.
• Ability to craft donor engagement strategies and guide prospects to commitments.
• Exceptional writing and editing to translate programs and impact data into proposals and reports.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic giving partnerships and identify new funding opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance website journeys, digital communications, and giving opportunities.
• Organize virtual and in-person donor events to deepen relationships and generate prospects.
• Ensure accurate gift documentation and tracking of donor commitments in CRM.
• Create impact-driven fundraising materials from data, borrower stories, and program info.
• Maintain and monitor CRM records and donor engagement metrics.
