Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, Consulting, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships across Consumer Loyalty, ensuring contractual obligations and business objectives are delivered.
• Own governance, execution, and growth strategy for assigned partners; identify opportunities to expand value.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder groups to launch new initiatives, resolve escalations, and execute strategic programs.
• Monitor partnership performance, develop business reviews, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain senior-level partner relationships as trusted advisor and contact for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Business Development to support renewals, expansions, negotiations, and new opportunities.
• Drive alignment across regional and global teams for consistent execution and unified partner experience.
