Mackenzie Stuart partners with a Global Leader in AI and Robotics seeking a Manager of Partnerships to shape distribution strategies and AI-enabled services. You will build partner networks with OEMs, system integrators, and machine builders to drive revenue and market coverage.

The role requires 5+ years in partner management, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work remotely or in a hybrid setting in North America. Travel up to 35% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ proven experience in partner management, ideally within robotics, automation, industrial automation, or a related technology sector.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through C-level selling and relationship-building.
• Interest in technology and its potential to transform industry; SaaS experience is a plus.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work remotely or in hybrid environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic partner plans with robot OEMs, system integrators, and machine builders to drive revenue growth.
• Build and manage a robust partner pipeline and engage key stakeholders.
• Promote company solutions through partner meetings, joint customer presentations, and industry events.
• Create partner business models, value propositions, and proposals tailored to partners.
• Maintain CRM records, monitor sales metrics, and report progress to senior leadership; travel ~30%.
