Red Bull North America, Inc. in Santa Monica seeks a senior partnership leader to manage strategic opportunities across Marketing and the Red Bull Media Network. You will redefine programs in North America to drive revenue growth and audience engagement with cross-functional teams.

You will develop business cases, negotiate with Legal, and cultivate relationships across Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Footwear, and other top brands, delivering measurable results and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales & business development in event sponsorships, digital/print media, and content production.
• Strong influencer relationships with top brands and ability to drive audience growth revenue.
• Experience delivering strategic solutions with quantitative analytics in a corporate environment.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Working knowledge of long-form contracts and legal frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Redefine development and execution of strategic partnership programs in North America to drive revenue growth.
• Create integrated partnership solutions including co-branded content, live events, social campaigns, and experiential programs.
• Develop business cases, financial analyses, and commercial frameworks; lead negotiations with Legal and stakeholders.
• Build strategic relationships with high-level decision makers across Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Footwear, and more.
• Partner with Marketing and Media to identify and monetize new revenue opportunities.
• Manage internal workflows to maximize opportunities and communicate with internal/external partners.
