• Build strong relationships with HR and benefits leaders and key decision-makers.
• Develop and enroll new SEG partnerships from outreach to enrollment.
• Bring Financial Partners to the workplace via on-site events, fairs, and orientations.
• Educate employees on products, services, and financial wellness resources.
• Turn relationships into measurable growth in memberships, referrals, lending and deposits.
• Deliver engaging presentations and leadership meetings for employer partners.
• Collaborate with branches, Marketing and lending teams to ensure a consistent experience.
