Job summary

Orange County’s Federal Credit Union is seeking a Learning Engagement Business Partner to bridge Learning & Development with business leaders across the credit union. You will identify performance opportunities, assess learning needs, and align development solutions with organizational goals, member experience, and regulatory requirements.

As part of a full‑service L&D team, you’ll design and implement strategic learning initiatives, manage projects from concept to evaluation, and work with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in L&D/OD/TD roles in a corporate setting.
• Experience in financial services or credit unions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the credit union.
• Consult with business units to understand objectives, workforce challenges, and performance gaps.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning, performance, and development opportunities.
• Design and implement learning initiatives with L&D team members.
• Manage learning projects from assessment through implementation and evaluation.
• Facilitate alignment meetings and promote adoption of learning programs.
