DEUNA is expanding in the US and seeking a Partnerships Manager to grow the partner ecosystem across PSPs, acquirers, gateways, and tech partners. You will own end-to-end partner relationships, drive joint GTM and revenue-sharing initiatives, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver merchant value.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in partnerships or similar roles, deep payments knowledge, and a proven ability to scale partner revenue.

Qualificações

5+ years in partnerships, biz dev, or channel roles.
Solid payments/fintech domain knowledge.
Proven track record building and scaling partner ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners across PSPs, acquirers, gateways, APMs, and tech partners.
Own partner relationships end-to-end: outreach, structuring, agreements, and account management.
Develop joint GTM, co-selling motions, and partner-sourced pipeline.
Negotiate referral, reseller, and revenue-share terms.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to launch integrations with merchant value.
Lead QBRs, enablement, and co-marketing; be the US ecosystem lead.
Define and track KPIs: pipeline, revenue, activation, milestones; report impact.
Represent DEUNA at industry events and US payments community.
