DEUNA is expanding its partnerships across payments, e-commerce, and technology ecosystems. We seek a driven Partnership Manager to own and grow strategic collaborations, identify monetizable opportunities, and drive measurable business impact.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, proactive partner engagement, and long-term win-win relationships with strategic partners in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in partnership or account management roles.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce and payments, LATAM focus.
• English proficiency is advanced; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner Management: manage day-to-day relations with partners.
• Monitor partner performance, ROI, and optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to translate partner needs into actions.
• Align with strategic partners and key accounts for integrations and pipeline.
• Lead negotiations and management of partnership agreements.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability of partnerships.
