Job summary

DEUNA is expanding into the U.S. with a Senior Sales Engineer who will bridge complex technical architecture and business value for large enterprises in ecommerce, payments, and finance.

You will partner with executives to demonstrate how agentic intelligence reduces data silos and cost structures. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in SaaS/payments sales engineering, fluency in Spanish and English, and hands-on experience with APIs, SFTP, and no-code integrations with Adyen, Braintree, and Fiserv.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineering/Pre-Sales role within SaaS/payments.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (native or professional).
• Deep understanding of APIs and SFTP integrations, with no-code PSP connections (Adyen, Braintree, Fiserv).
• Experienced with complex enterprise sales cycles and ROI storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical demo process and translate complex architectures for C-suite buyers.
• Quantify ROI by identifying costs in data processes and show AI-driven optimization potential.
• Lead technical discovery to uncover merchant pain points and contextual gaps in AI tools.
• Create bespoke presentations and POCs aligned with merchant KPIs and operations.
• Manage cross-functional requirements to ensure seamless sales transitions.
• Bridge field feedback to Product to influence multi-agent system development.
