Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Sr. Strategic Partnerships Manager – Networks in a hybrid role located in New York City or San Francisco.

You will build and execute plans with payment network partners, translate priorities into opportunities, and collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to drive adoption and growth. The role requires deep relationship experience, strong analytical and communications skills, and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Typically 12 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales.
• Experience with financial services or payments products and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains trusted relationships with executives across assigned payment network partners.
• Manages the health, performance, and growth of assigned payment network relationships.
• Develops strategic account plans with clear annual, quarterly, and near-term priorities.
• Gains alignment and coordinates partners and internal stakeholders to execute commitments.
• Establishes and monitors partner performance measures and scorecards.
• Provides market insights to product and leadership to drive decisions.
• Prepares for and facilitates strategic partner meetings and reviews.
• Mentors team members and fosters collaboration.
