Early Warning, a leading payments technology company, is hiring a Sr. Strategic Partnerships Manager – Networks for Paze to drive partner performance and adoption.

You will manage strategic relationships with payment networks, coordinating with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to advance priorities and deliver commitments. The role requires deep knowledge of partner ecosystems, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Typically 12 years of experience in partner management or related disciplines.
• Experience with financial services or payments products and multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans with annual, quarterly, and near-term priorities.
• Maintain relationships with payment network executives and decision-makers.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to advance priorities.
• Monitor performance measures and provide actionable analysis to management.
• Prepare for and facilitate partner meetings and business reviews.
