TikTok is hiring for a Business Development role focused on micro-series partnerships. The team drives licensing and content acquisitions to grow the platform’s short-form entertainment globally, collaborating across product, marketing, and strategy.

You will source and close partnerships, analyze market trends, and help operationalize the acquisition pipeline from deals to delivery and monetization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in content acquisition or business development within industry-leading streaming platforms.
• Deep familiarity with AVOD/SVOD/TVOD models.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities: forecasts, benchmarks, ROI models, and tradeoffs.

Responsabilidades

• Source, pitch, and close partnerships with micro-series producers across studios, production companies, and talent-led studios; partner with Legal for negotiations.
• Monitor and analyse market trends; build pipelines of IPs and producers; present reports to Product and cross-functional teams.
• Work with Product Operations to operationalize micro-series strategy, acquisition pipeline, production, delivery, editorial & marketing, monetization, and performance.
