• 7+ years of financial services domain expertise across banking, payments, or insurance.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnership opportunities with financial services firms to drive technology transformation through AWS tools and partners.
• Independently manage end-to-end deal cycles, including non-standard structures and creative accounting procedures.
• Engage with AWS and Amazon senior leaders and present partnership strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with roadmaps and adoption plans.
• Negotiate high-impact partnership agreements with broad implications across Amazon business units.
• Author strategy documents and executive-level narratives detailing opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
• Assess inbound partnership requests and determine engagement models based on strategic value.
• Travel to support deal cycles and engagements (typical 25%, up to 75% during peak).
