Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in Anchorage, Alaska, United States seeks a Business Development Contractor to manage a portfolio of named partners, plan partnerships, promote offerings, and accelerate business development and relationship growth.

You will report to one of our existing portfolio partner managers and help expand mindshare, nurture healthy partnerships, and drive adoption across client organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of partner management / partnership development experience at a top technology company or market leader.
• Experience with SI partnership management and fast-paced growth with SI partners.
• Portfolio management and planning to balance priorities across relationships.
• Ability to work across teams to drive outcomes (sales, delivery, enablement, cloud specialists).
• Execution readiness: enablement programs, asset development, and marketing to support partnerships.
• Relationship management: build networks, processes and cadence with partners.
