Job summary

WCG in the United States seeks a Strategic Partnership Advisor to build partnerships with key clients, aligning our capabilities with their goals to drive strategic value. You will collaborate with the Client Success Manager to ensure long-term partnership success and provide coordinated service across internal teams.

You will act as the operational backbone, delivering timely information, actionable insights, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales support, strategic consulting, client strategy, or partnership development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MBA, MS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and clinical research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with key clients and align organizational capabilities with client goals.
• Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to develop account strategies and success plans.
• Provide insights based on industry trends and regulatory changes to guide clients.
• Coordinate across internal departments to deliver timely information and coordinated service.
• Attend study kick-off calls and regular client meetings to build customer intimacy.
• Manage internal trackers for escalated client concerns and drive resolution.
