Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a strategic Senior Director of Partnership to lead executive relationships with strategic partners and drive growth across multiple industries. The role reports to the VP of Operations and requires strong influence across internal teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate executive presence, negotiation and relationship-building excellence, and a track record of managing national partnerships with large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Executive presence and ability to engage senior-level partners
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Experience in 3PL and managing enterprise-level partnerships

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive relationship owner for assigned strategic Partner relationships and conduct regular executive business reviews
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through consultative engagement and collaborate with leadership to drive long-term growth
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Safety, and Business Development to align initiatives
• Monitor health of partnerships and address risks; represent Capstone in meetings, visits, and events
• Support contract renewals and strategic planning initiatives
