KIDZ AI in Manhattan, NY is seeking a Corporate Strategy Associate to own and advance strategic partnerships across its AI tutoring, robotics, and NeoCloud AI infrastructure ventures. You will sit alongside senior leadership, drive deals, and coordinate multi-team efforts to move conversations into pilots and signed agreements.

The role demands hands-on ownership, visibility to investor communications, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing public company with startup DNA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in startup strategy/ops, consulting, or business development.
• Experience at early-stage or growth-stage company.
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure / GPU compute, robotics, EdTech, or AI-native products.
• Strong execution mindset with business impact focus.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships across three verticals.
• Manage the partnership pipeline from outreach to signed agreements.
• Create investor-facing narratives and strategic updates.
• Coordinate internal teams to drive pilots and deals to completion.
• Prepare memos, presentations, and partnership materials.
