Rogo is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead who will directly shape our path to market leadership. You will partner with the leadership team across all departments, connecting product, GTM, and investments to financial outcomes in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

This high-impact role focuses on FP&A, forecasting, and unit economics, building models, storytelling, and driving strategic decisions as the company scales in enterprise AI for finance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or investing, in a high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record in building and managing complex financial models, with strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly business reviews and annual planning processes (FP&A, forecasting, and budgeting).
• Build and maintain long-term forecast models and scenario analyses.
• Develop deep insight into AI-native unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback; gross margin by segment).
• Translate complex financial inputs into clear, data-driven recommendations for leadership.
• Act as the primary finance partner to GTM, Product, and Operations leaders; build dashboards for visibility.
• Prepare board materials, KPI reporting, and executive readouts; ensure metric credibility across communications.
