Blackbaud seeks an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to lead partnerships with Microsoft, AWS, cloud distributors, and ecosystem partners. You will shape and execute the partnership strategy, collaborate with product, marketing, customer success, and sales teams, and drive revenue through co-selling and enablement.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, outcomes-focused environment and mentor teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive business development activities in support of sales opportunities.
• Strong verbal and written communication across multiple audiences.
• Experience working with or for major cloud platforms is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive partnership strategy to meet revenue goals.
• Coordinate with local market teams to achieve performance targets.
• Develop partner engagement activities like marketing campaigns and collaboration.
• Own the co-sell program and set targets and deliverables.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to execute regional growth plans.
• Lead account planning and co-selling with internal and partner sales teams.
