Mason Law & Planning Group, LLC is seeking a sales-minded Business & Sales Development Representative to fuel growth across Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. You will build partnerships with CPAs, financial advisors, real estate professionals, and estate planning experts, while tracking ROI and guiding lead-to-client conversions.

You will also plan and host seminars and partner roundtables, representing the firm with professionalism at local events and executive meetings.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of success in business development, sales, client management, community outreach, or professional services.
• Ability to identify and secure high-value referral partners (CPAs, financial advisors, real estate professionals).
• Proficient in using CRMs and analytics to track performance and optimize outreach.
• Comfort presenting and representing the firm at local events and meetings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Strategic Partnership & Business Growth: prospect and secure high-value referral partners and expand market presence.
• ROI Tracking & Pipeline Management: maintain records of engagement, touchpoints, and lead activities in CRM; monitor ROI and lead-to-client conversion.
• Event Execution & Brand Representation: plan and facilitate seminars, networking events, and partner roundtables; represent the firm at events.
• Alignment: work with attorneys, leadership, client care, and marketing to align growth strategies with firm goals.
