Mason Law & Planning Group in Colorado seeks an Associate Attorney to build a long-term estate planning practice serving families and business owners in the Monument and Colorado Springs area. This full-time, onsite role focuses on estate planning, business planning, probate, and trust administration.

You will work directly with clients to understand goals, draft documents, and guide clients through life transitions, with a supportive legal team and opportunities to deepen your expertise.

Qualifikationen

• JD licensed to practice law in Colorado, in good standing or via reciprocity
• At least 1 year of estate planning experience preferred
• Experience conducting client meetings and drafting estate or business planning documents preferred
• Strong communication and client-service orientation
• Excellent listening and client-centered approach
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgment
• Ability to travel up to 10% when needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
