Flix is seeking a Business Development Representative to lead partnerships with bus operators in the US East region and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion to drive long-term value.

This strategic role requires strong negotiation, data-driven decision making, and the ability to coordinate with Network Planning, Operations, Finance and Marketing. Travel up to 20% is expected in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in an externally facing role
• Strong analytical abilities and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and relationship building
• Entrepreneurial mindset and autonomous work style
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of time

Responsabilidades

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and profitability
• Identify and secure new partnerships with intercity bus operators and other stakeholders to expand Flix's presence in the US East region
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes
• Work with internal teams (Network Planning, Operations, Finance, Marketing) to execute cohesive strategy
• Develop processes and coordinate projects across departments for timely delivery
• Analyze partner performance using data-driven insights to adjust network strategy and maximize profitability
• Represent Flix at industry events to enhance brand visibility
